The breakfast was marvelous, and the staff were the best. the location couldn't be more perfect, and it was exceptionally nice to have a jungle garden nearby. I was also pleasantly surprised by the nearby Carafe Coffee Roasters, which had some wonderful goodies and drinks.

i had a real good experience here, everything was good, the location was excellent short walk to bars and restaurants, really close to the beach, and the sea, beach, and various restaurants. all the staff was extremely friendly and excellent, solved my issues. i liked a marvellous breakfast with local flavors and local options on demand, for instance.

Had a really enjoyable stay, as always. the breakfast offered a great variety of bangers and bacon. the unit had a comfortable and modern decor. It boasts an amazing location, just a short distance to everything, and is only 0.5 km from Koggala airport.

I stayed in a well-kept, modern room with a great view and plenty of wardrobe space, and the location was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at The Waves in Unawatuna. The sea view from our room was breathtaking, and the room itself was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The communication with the owner was fast and friendly, and they even gave us a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view balcony. The shower had hot and powerful water, which was perfect after a swim in the ocean. we highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating and enjoyable stay.

The Waves - Unawatuna provided a top view on the third floor with a clean room and fresh towels every day. the manager and his crew were fantastic, offering friendly service and assistance with arranging taxis and safari trips. the location was also great, with easy access to the beach across the street. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a rejuvenating sleep. the shower had hot and strong water, perfect for rinsing off after a swim in the ocean. the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, including providing medication and accommodating allergies. Cons: No 🙁.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beachfront area and had a fantastic experience. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the beach. It was great to have a couch in the room to relax on while enjoying the view. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a fantastic shower that had little showers on it. Finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Everything at this hotel was perfect.

The hotel's staff was very pleasant and eager to help. It is conveniently located close to the beach – just a short walk away! The rooms are spacious and clean, with elegant washrooms. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with flexible timings. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach from the restaurant.

Some staff members outside the hotel can be a little pushy, particularly the Tuk Tuk drivers who ask for extra money as tips during checkout. The satellite TV and water flow in the hotel could be better.

Celebrating my New Year's at this hotel was great! Two things I loved were the breakfast served on the beach which offered fresh and delicious food, and the free sunbeds available all day long. the location just a few steps from the beach was perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm sand.

the air conditioning in my room was terrible, it was too loud and barely working, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.
